Up to six people can enjoy their holiday on the Costa del Sol in a beautiful luxury apartment in Guadalmansa in Estepona, which was renovated in May 2022. The luxury apartment “Cabo Bermejo RDR258” is not only located in the first sea line, but also offers numerous other highlights. It has a fully equipped open kitchen with living/dining area, a terrace and an electric barbecue.

You can relax in one of the three bedrooms. In the master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and a bathtub from which you can enjoy the view through the window. In the en suite bathroom, you can also use a rain shower. The master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace. The other bedrooms also have king-size beds. The large bathroom – also with rain shower – is shared here. In addition to air conditioning, underfloor heating as well as usable TV and internet provide for your comfort.

At the complex you have the possibility to use two swimming pools, two fitness rooms and saunas. You will also find parking facilities in an underground garage.

Restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity of the luxury apartment. So you will want for nothing during your holiday!

Please note: You can check in at 3 p.m., but you must check out by 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
